From August 26th to 28th,PACK MIC employees went to Xiangshan County,Ningbo City for the team building activity which was successfully held. This activity aims to promote communication and cooperation among members and further enhance team cohesion through rich experiences of natural landscape and culture.
During the three-day trip,starting from Shanghai, passing through Jiaxing, Hangzhou Bay Bridge and other places,the team finally arrived in Xiangshan,Ningbo. The members enjoyed the natural scenery while deeply experiencing the cultural charm of different regions. And they completed an unforgettable journey of in-depth exploration and team integration.
DAY 1
On the first day,the team members gathered at Songlanshan Tourist Resort. In the beautiful coastal scenery and rich historic culture, they enjoyed the cozy sea breeze and magnificent scene of the sea and sky,which kicked off the team building activities.
DAY2
The next morning, the staffs went to Donghailingyan Scenic Spot. They hiked or took the Lingyan Sky Ladder to the top. On the top,they enjoyed the distant view of the verdant mountains and the majestic land. In addition, a variety of entertainment projects such as High-Altitude Wire，Zip Line,Glass Water Slide,etc.,not only let everyone release their pressure,but also deepen the emotional connection in laughter and interaction. After lunch,the team members went rafting in Longxi Canyon,full of excitement and joy. In the evening,the staffs went to Xinghaijiuyin Campground. And everyone actively participated in the barbecue and enjoyed a delicious barbecue feast.
DAY3
On the morning of the third day,the team members arrived at Dongmen Island by bus. And they experienced the Mazu culture,worshiped Mazu and Guanyin, watched the sea and fishing boats,and enjoy the coastal culture and life.
With the successful conclusion of the team building activity, the team members stepped on the way home with full harvest and deep touch,and their hearts were full of expectations and confidence for the future. Everyone said that the team building activity is not only a physical and mental relaxation trip, but also a baptism of the soul and the sublimation of team spirit. The three-day team activity is full of surprises and challenges. And the team members have strengthened the confidence and determination to go hand in hand and create brilliance by facing the challenges together and sharing happiness.
