What is Hot Stamp Printing.
Thermal transfer printing technology, commonly known as hot stamping, which is a special printing process without ink. The template installed on the hot stamping machine, By pressure and temperature, foil of the graphic was transfered to the surface of the paper or film. Hot stamped print was finished.
How It Works Of The Hot Stamp.
When printing, the metallic pigment coat is transferred from a roll or plastic material known as the “carrier” to the surface of the material to be printed. This process uses a hard printing plate bearing the image for hot stamping. The application of heat, pressure, and dwell time achieve the look.

1.The size of the hot stamped text cannot be less than 7PT, otherwise there will be a paste edge phenomenon, and smaller Song characters cannot be used.
2.The printed finished product is broken (cannot be printed), the surface of gold dust (not firmly printed), most of these problems are caused by too low temperature, short time or insufficient pressure.
3.Hot stamping has hot blanching and cold scalding, hot blanching is relatively good effect, high cost, cold blanching effect is slightly worse, low cost, depending on the size of the hot stamping area.
