The quality of amide is uneven, resulting in the influence of masterbatch on the membrane from time to time, such as large taste, black spots etc., all of which are caused by excessive impurities and impure content of animal oil. In the selection process, it should be determined according to the performance testing and use of amide. The selection of silica is very important, and it should be considered from many aspects such as particle size, specific surface area, water content, surface treatment, etc., which has an important impact on the production of masterbatch and the film release process.
