- Add your design to the template. (We provide template accroding to your packaging sizes/type)
- We recommend using 0.8mm (6pt) font size or larger.
- Lines and stroke thickness should be no less than 0.2mm (0.5pt).
1pt is recommended if reversed. - For best results, your design should be saved in vector format,
but if an image will be used, it should be no less than 300 DPI. - The artwork file must be set up to CMYK color mode.
Our pre-press designers will convert the file to CMYK if it was set in RGB. - We recommend to use barcodes with black bars and a white background to scan-ability .if a different color combination was used, we advise to test the barcode with several types of scanners first.
- In order to ensure your custom tissue prints correctly, we require
that all fonts be converted to outlines. - For optimal scanning, ensure QR codes have high contrast and measure
20x20mm or above. Do not scale the QR code below a minimum of 16x16mm. - No more than 10 colors prefered.
- Mark the UV varnish layer in the design.
- Sealing 6-8mm was advised for durability.
